All works will be watermarked, with the exception of designs with commercial use/license purchased [at additional cost].

All works in progress will have a very large watermark at low opacity. Final images will have a smaller version that will not disrupt the visibility of the image overall but WILL be visible.

Under no circumstances is the watermark to be removed. Art theft is rampant so this is to protect myself, as well as your design.

I know my limits and my specialties, and there are some things that are not within my ability, comfort zone, or desire to draw. I cannot and will not accept every commission/request.

If I am unable or unwilling to draw something, please respect that decision. Artists are human beings, and if we say “no,” that is not an invitation to try to convince us otherwise.

Updates will be provided while your commission is in progress. Once each step is approved, no additional changes will be allowed without additional payment. I make sure to be available and in contact with all of my clients and do not proceed without approval. Please keep in mind, this could affect completion time.

Pricing will be negotiated at the beginning of the process as details of the commission are provided to me. Once approved, an invoice will be sent and payment is expected immediately.

The remaining 50% must be paid BEFORE the final files (without the WIP watermark) are provided. Work will NOT begin on any commissions, designs, or expansions until the agreed upon payment has been received.

I always keep my clients/customers updated through the process. Once I have received approval (draft, sketch, lines, colors, etc), additional requests for changes will have an additional charge.

I will be happy to work out an agreeable price for the changes when/if the need arises. Please know that I am not out to charge an arm and a leg, just to ensure that I am paid for the work and service.

In the case of Simpler Requests–alternative palettes, sclera changes, versions with effects–I may just ask for a tip :)

Refunds will only be allowed in the circumstance where I am unable to complete your design/service rendered.

This is an EXTREMELY unlikely situation, as I tend not to take on commissions or accept work that I am not absolutely certain I can provide.

If progress has been made on your design, a partial refund may be offered along with a watermarked sketch/file.

“Buyers Remorse”, changed minds, or sudden dissatisfaction will not be grounds for a refund. This is due to the fact that I will have gotten YOUR [the client/customer] approval and claim of satisfaction.

I am human. In the case of a GENUINE mistake on my end, corrections will be made for free and approval once again requested before continuation.

Turnaround Time (TAT) may vary, but I tend to work quickly when provided with what I need to move forward with the design steps.

Purchased adopts may be uploaded to Toyhouse. Code can be provided if needed.

Buyer will receive a transparent .PNG when completed.

All artwork comes with a watermark: a large one on WIPS, and a small version on final images.

Do not remove watermarks under any circumstances.

Please do not steal, copy, trace, create ‘inspired copies of’, or report this character anywhere.

No edits may be made to the artwork itself.

Changes/edits to the concept/design can be done later, in new artwork.

Payment [USD] must be sent within 24 hours via PayPal.

You may trade, gift, or resell the adoptable.

Reselling is only allowed for the purchase price, not for profit; value can only be higher if additional art is included.
